coconut cupcakes

As i said i have a cupcake order on the 21st of this month, one of the cupcakes is a coconut. I like to try out my new recipes and since I just started making cupcakes just a few months ago most are new. I'm going to try to bake it this week, maybe tonight. I'll let you know how it turns out.
